Anna Reimers is an Analyst at SEVEST and part of the investment team since January 2025. Before joining SEVEST, she gained work experience in different investment-related fields, most recently in Private Equity at Astorg and Investment Banking at Nomura. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master's degree from ESADE Business School.

Bastian Raab is an Investment Manager at SEVEST and part of the investment team since the company’s beginnings. Before joining SEVEST, he worked as an investment professional at Rigeto Unternehmerkapital in Munich where he focused on German and Swiss SMEs in the healthcare and software industry. Prior to Rigeto, Bastian was part of the investment banking division of UBS in Frankfurt executing various M&A and financing transactions in the healthcare and industrial space. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and studied International Business at Florida International University in Miami.

David Lisewski is Co-Founder, Partner, and Investment Committee member of SEVEST. At SEVEST he also leads our investment team. Before co-founding SEVEST, he was involved in over twenty transactions across a wide range of sectors. David served as a Director at Bregal Unternehmerkapital in Munich, as a Vice President at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) in London, as a Senior Associate at General Atlantic in London, as an Associate at Lazard & Co. in Frankfurt and as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Hamburg. He is a trained banker and holds a B.Sc. in Business from ESB (Germany) and DCU Business School (Ireland).

Elias Dupps is an Associate at SEVEST and part of the investment team since September 2025. Prior to joining SEVEST, he worked for Lincoln International in investment banking. In addition, he gained relevant work experience at private equity firms Triton Partners, Ardian, and Quadriga Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Management and Economics from Zeppelin University and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Imperial College London.

Erol Gerceker is a Value Creation Manager and responsible for driving post-investment value creation in SEVEST portfolio companies, with a focus on optimizing all relevant functional areas and business processes in collaboration with the respective CEOs and management teams. Before joining SEVEST, he worked as consultant with a focus on strategy development and performance improvement (L.E.K. Consulting & hpo management consulting). Erol also gained industry experience as project manager for capital projects (Drees & Sommer and pbr). He holds a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.

Gregor Cohnen is an Operating Partner at SEVEST, where he leads post-investment value creation across portfolio companies. His focus lies in developing and implementing value creation measures across business and functional units in close cooperation with all stakeholders. Before joining SEVEST, Gregor worked as an Operating Partner and Portfolio Director for various private equity investors, with a strong emphasis on growth strategies. He began his career in the industrial sector, holding operational and strategic positions at BASF. Gregor holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.

Kaili Shen is a Director at SEVEST with 10 years of PE experience and joined the investment team in January 2025. Before SEVEST, Kaili served as an Investment Director at Capvis, where he co-built up Capvis' (tech) services and software investment sector with additional transactional and portfolio exposure to the Industrial Technology sector. Prior to that, Kaili gained extensive experience as a Senior Investment Manager at EMERAM Capital Partners working on several transactions across the industrials, services, healthcare, and consumer sectors. Kaili began his professional career at the Boston Consulting Group, advising both large corporations and private equity funds. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor's degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

Larissa is Office Manager/ Team Assistant at SEVEST. She supports the team in all administrative issues. She also maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures and assists in accounting. Before joining SEVEST, Larissa spent several years at the hotel industry. As Assistant Front Office Manager, she was responsible for the well-being of the guests and the smooth workflow within her team. Larissa completed an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist.

Lennart Stoltenberg is an Investment Manager at SEVEST and part of the investment team since the company’s beginnings. Prior to joining SEVEST, Lennart worked as a private equity investment professional at EMH Partners in Munich focusing on growth technology investments in the DACH region. Previously, he was part of Siemens Venture Capital (next47) in Munich focusing on investments in technology-oriented European and United States Venture Capital funds. Lennart holds a M.Sc. in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich.

Lucas Kinkel is Operating Partner at SEVEST and CEO of our portfolio company Sauter Group. He is responsible for driving post-investment value creation in SEVEST portfolio companies, with a focus on optimizing all relevant functional areas and business processes in collaboration with the respective CEOs and management teams. Prior to joining SEVEST, Lucas worked as an Independent Advisor, Operating Partner, and Interim Manager for several private equity-owned portfolio companies. He has a background in management consulting (10 years at Bain & Company) and in line management (6 years in the professional services industry). Lucas holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Marco Pagacz is Founder, Partner and Investment Committee member of SEVEST. He leads our portfolio management and value creation activities. He is also responsible for all internal Fund/GP-related administration. Before co-founding SEVEST, he served as managing director for Serafin Unternehmensgruppe. He was responsible for governance and value creation in various portfolio companies, e.g. as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, (Interim) CEO, and operating partner. Before joining Serafin, he worked for KKR Capstone, the value creation team of KKR, a leading global investment firm, in London. He started his professional career as strategy consultant with Bain & Company in Munich and Hong Kong. Marco holds a B.Sc. in Business from ESB Reutlingen and Kelley School of Business (IU), and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

Nadia Palamar is the CFO/COO of SEVEST, and responsible for all topics regarding Finance, IT, HR, and Administration. She is also actively involved in our Fundraising and ESG activities. Before SEVEST she helped building the digital asset manager Serafin Asset Management in Frankfurt as COO, and worked for Serafin Unternehmensgruppe as operations manager with a focus on carve-outs. Nadia started her career in restructuring and growing mid-cap companies in Germany at the consultancy Struktur Management Partner. Nadia holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and a B.Sc. in BA from University of Münster.

Philipp Haindl is Founder, Partner and Investment Committee member of SEVEST. Philipp is also founder of Serafin Unternehmensgruppe, a Munich-based industrial holding company investing in mid-sized companies with business models that can be further improved by implementing strategic and operational measures, and Serafin Asset Management, a digital asset manager based in Frankfurt and Zurich. He started his career as Associate at KPMG in the audit department before moving on to corporate finance valuation services. He was also active in business analysis and acquisitions for five years and was involved in numerous M&A transactions. Philipp completed his studies at London School of Economics with a Master of Global Economic History.
