Haindl
Philipp Haindl (philipp.haindl@sevest.de) is Founder, Partner and Investment Committee member of SEVEST. Philipp is also founder of Serafin Unternehmensgruppe, a Munich-based industrial holding company investing in mid-sized companies with business models that can be further improved by implementing strategic and operational measures, and Serafin Asset Management, a digital asset manager based in Frankfurt and Zurich. He started his career as Associate at KPMG in the audit department before moving on to corporate finance valuation services. He was also active in business analysis and acquisitions for five years and was involved in numerous M&A transactions. Philipp completed his studies at London School of Economics with a Master of Global Economic History.

David Lisewski (david.lisewski@sevest.de) is Co-Founder, Partner, and Investment Committee member of SEVEST. At SEVEST he also leads our investment team. Before co-founding SEVEST, he was involved in over twenty transactions across a wide range of sectors. David served as a Director at Bregal Unternehmerkapital in Munich, as a Vice President at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) in London, as a Senior Associate at General Atlantic in London, as an Associate at Lazard & Co. in Frankfurt and as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Hamburg. He is a trained banker and holds a B.Sc. in Business from ESB (Germany) and DCU Business School (Ireland).

Pagacz
Marco Pagacz (marco.pagacz@sevest.de) is Founder, Partner and Investment Committee member of SEVEST. He leads our portfolio management and value creation activities. He is also responsible for all internal Fund/GP-related administration. Before co-founding SEVEST, he served as managing director for Serafin Unternehmensgruppe. He was responsible for governance and value creation in various portfolio companies, e.g. as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, (Interim) CEO, and operating partner. Before joining Serafin, he worked for KKR Capstone, the value creation team of KKR, a leading global investment firm, in London. He started his professional career as strategy consultant with Bain & Company in Munich and Hong Kong. Marco holds a B.Sc. in Business from ESB Reutlingen and Kelley School of Business (IU), and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

Nadia Palamar
CFO/COO
Nadia Palamar
Nadia Palamar is the CFO/COO of SEVEST, and responsible for all topics regarding Finance, IT, HR, and Administration. She is also actively involved in our Fundraising and ESG activities. Before SEVEST she helped building the digital asset manager Serafin Asset Management in Frankfurt as COO, and worked for Serafin Unternehmensgruppe as operations manager with a focus on carve-outs. Nadia started her career in restructuring and growing mid-cap companies in Germany at the consultancy Struktur Management Partner. Nadia holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and a B.Sc. in BA from University of Münster.

Alexander Blum
Alexander Blum is an Investment Manager at SEVEST and part of the investment team since the company’s beginnings. Prior to joining SEVEST, he worked as a private equity investment professional at Liberta Partners in Munich and at StepStone in London focusing on the DACH region. Previously, he was part of Lazard’s Investment Banking division in Frankfurt. Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and a master’s degree in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics; he also conducted research at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Bastian Raab

Bastian Raab
Bastian Raab is an Investment Manager at SEVEST and part of the investment team since the company’s beginnings. Before joining SEVEST, he worked as an investment professional at Rigeto Unternehmerkapital in Munich where he focused on German and Swiss SMEs in the healthcare and software industry. Prior to Rigeto, Bastian was part of the investment banking division of UBS in Frankfurt executing various M&A and financing transactions in the healthcare and industrial space. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and studied International Business at Florida International University in Miami.
Lennart Stoltenberg

Lennart Stoltenberg
Lennart Stoltenberg is an Investment Manager at SEVEST and part of the investment team since the company’s beginnings. Prior to joining SEVEST, Lennart worked as a private equity investment professional at EMH Partners in Munich focusing on growth technology investments in the DACH region. Previously, he was part of Siemens Venture Capital (next47) in Munich focusing on investments in technology-oriented European and United States Venture Capital funds. Lennart holds a M.Sc. in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
