Its products control, distribute, and monitor the onboard energy supply and therefore form the essential power backbone of satellites. The company focuses on mission-critical power subsystems for non-commercial space missions and builds on more than 20 years of space heritage across more than 55 space missions and over 130 equipped satellites.



DSI Aerospace develops and manufactures high-speed electronics hardware and embedded software solutions for satellite applications, serving satellite OEMs, system suppliers, research institutes, and international space agencies. Its products reduce key cost-intensive resources in space systems, such as power consumption, mass, and volume, while enhancing mission performance through the use of advanced, qualified FPGAs and ASICs combined with proprietary architectures and algorithms. The company focuses on state-of-the-art solutions for non-commercial space missions, building on its extensive heritage with leading space agencies worldwide.





The Sauter Group develops, produces, and supplies customized solutions of springs, bent-wire parts, tool-bound stamped-bent parts, and assemblies, as well as system solutions for processing, refining, and part handling, for various industries, e.g. MedTech and Electronics. At the three locations in Furtwangen (HQ), Singen, and Villingen-Schwenningen, the Group can draw on over 10,000 m² of production, storage, and office space.
We have an experienced in-house value creation team. Profiles include generalist operating partners, interim C-level managers, and functional specialists in e.g. Carve-Outs, commercial excellence, LEAN, or data mining.
These resources are available to support the portfolio management teams. We ensure full alignment with management regarding purpose, focus and scope of potential support activities.
The senior core team members each possess over a decade of value creation experience in private equity. Prior roles range from board governance (chairman of supervisory board) over strategic and operational execution (CEO of private equity portfolio companies) to interim support (CRO, PMO, interim roles).
